Costumer support help me to fix it, im so happy right now :D..

Today I bought the su27 DCS world DLC and when I try to play on multiplayer it says "Invalid serial number" over and over again. Yes, yes I already activate the product from my profile page, and it says its activated but thats a lie. I need some help here, I want to play multiplayer but I can't.. I can't even ask to Steam for a refund cause I dont buy the dlc with a credit card. I was in love with this game/simulator but im really starting to hate it :mad:, it is to much complex to start playing a dlc.. I been googling about 4 hours by now, and I try all the ways but no one works.. I don't have the module manager cause I have the steam version. Support team dont give me any answer.. :cry: :cry:
