I don't know about the CH mod, but during missions I was able to see other helicopters and even other fast aircraft.
As a side note, there's a video on youtube of an apache hitting a drone with the chain gun, something impossible with the dispersion on the DCS AH-64D.

The manual will give a lot of information you can't find on most youtube videos. I've learnt a lot by just reading the manual because I didn't understand some things.
MSL NOT RDY No RF missiles have received an inertial alignment from the aircraft. A missile has not been selected in MAN mode. Ensure MSL PWR is set to ALL or AUTO to permit RF missiles to receive inertial alignment. Press the Missile Advance button to select the next missile in MAN mode.

Hi,
please include some more detail, if possible a track replay.
thank you
Sorry I can't give you a track now.
The way to reproduce it is Pilot sets a preplanning waypoints before spawn. When the CPG joins the aircraft he doesn't have the waypoints loaded into the aircraft. The pilot has the waypoints but the CPG don't.

With the new update the option still doesn't save the Hidden on Map option for the dynamic slots.
You can see the aircraft on the F10 map when spawning on a dynamic slot.

Any news on the progress of the new rotor model?

Also, for navigation or for area operations you don't need to enter the full coordinates, you can fill with 0 the decimals or ingress a rounded half minute for a little more precision. This is specially useful for radio communications so you can cut 4 numbers over the radio.

Dynamic Spawn Template option doesn't save the Hidden on map option.

The preplanning doesn't get synchronized in multiplayer multicrew.

BLU-109 type bombs are penetrators, and not MK84
I believe the GBU-24 from DCS is based on BLU-109, I don't remember.
The F-15E would have the GBU-15, AGM-130 and GBU-28 by now.

The jammer, RFI and DTC are the most important features missing.
They've started redoing the rotor so I guess we may see this features next year, maybe the DTC this year.
The progress of this aircraft was fast but then the aircraft suddenly got like "forgotten"

The bug is still present.
We couldn't multicrew on spawn, we had to add a second aircraft to the base.
-
I didn't test it in this version, but the last time I checked the GPS was not present, the INS did align and you could clearly see it wasn't coupled to the GPS since the FPM was jumping and the altitude wasn't precise.
I hope ED can simulate the INS drift and INS fix in this aircraft.

Don't bother with ATC in DCS, it's a 20yr old system which never got updated. Even more, the FARP mechanics in DCS are bare bones. The biggest landing platform it's also 20yr old with textures of a 1990 game.

I guess we will need to wait for the EF2000, then the next F4, then another secret project, then another F4, and maybe then we will get the A6 AI, and then another 10 years for the A6E.
Heatblur likes to add aircraft in front of the A6E

I just want to know because it has been a long time since it was introduced.
It's not useful in a PVP environment since every item doesn't have volume or weight, and even for PVE is not right.-

It's pretty clear why ED has not done the Su-25 yet. This is because they have outright said why.
They require publicly and legally available resources. If they can't get those, then it's no bueno. Those resources probably exist for the Su-25, realistically, but they need to find the correct entities to provide them.
Then, it's a matter of the allocations of resources.
In all, we will get one eventually, I reckon. Also, offtopic, so that's the last I'll comment on it.It's crazy ED can make the F-35 full fidelity but they can't do an aircraft of 1975.

People assumes Razbam breached their contract, but what IF the contract wasn't well specified and was ambiguous?. The breach of the contract ad IP infringement is a claim by ED, it may be right or not.

The AH-64D in real life has auto coordinated turns above 40kn

HB will find another aircraft to do after the EF2000 and before the A6E.
A6E pushed indefinitely.

So, is this STILL WIP? the INS is not fully simulated like in the F-16C?
How about INS drift, Kalman filter and INS FIX methods?.

Fair enough, I'm sure ED could do it too, but well your plate looks pretty full with the 29/15C/35 hellcat etc.
plus finishing the F-18, F-16, Ah-64, CH-47 and developing a new hidden helicopter.
I would change all of these new modules for just the F-15E, or F-18D if the Strike Eagle is dead.

The JF-17 is a neat little aircraft that comes with it pro and cons.
main cons:
-heavily underpowered
-no hmd
-no short range HOBS missiles
-very extremely limited ammount of pylons. multirole yes, multi mission no
-horrible bad gun and gunsight (for a2a)
-heavily underpoweredpros:
-Best long range air to air missiles (SD-10)
-Extreme wide array of weapons including the best air to ground weapons (besides MiG-21 nuke)
-on of the highest sustainable turn rate
-most modern weapons and cockpit
-best redfor aircraft
-many limits making it more challenging and fun to fly
-very easy to learn and fly
-feature completed
-dtc that allows you waypoint and weapon programming via f10 map
-lot of lovely details like groundcrew knocking at the canopy when you try to update dtc with closed cockpitBut after all I think the cons add good challenge making the Jeff more fun
Has anyone seen the official paintkit or manual somewhere btw ? Im angry that we still dont have that for over 5 years now.
Another CON is you lose a com antena while using Datalink.
Another PRO is the SPJ improves the SA, it's like the TEWS in the F-15E

After a month of no word about this issue from ED it's most probably they don't have a clue, at least until now.
The issue is very obvious with the aircraft.
First I've lost all interest in flying the F-15E after the pause on development, then I transitioned to the Apache and now I'm losing the interest in flying the AH-64D.
Let me chose another module so it also gets burned

I agree that DCS is a storage hog if you purchase a lot of Modules, however I have my doubts that just uninstalling liveries would free up enough storage space to be able to install a large Map like Germany's ... if you have to worry about 30-60 GB, the odds are that your drive is almost full anyway and you would be just postponing the inevitable storage upgrade.
A year ago I upgraded my 1 TB DCS drive, into a 2 TB unit:
.. however after just 12 months I'm seeing that this year I might need another upgrade, to a 4 TB one, so I can certainly agree with that DCS space needs can be daunting.
Just imagine if every program and game used and extra 30-60 GB just in case because someone may use it. The reality is DCS has a lot of things that are very old, things worked OK back then with only 2 aircraft but now we have many more plus some developers uploading liveries with a very high definition.

Nose starts pitching up in flight after ordinance is expended

Sometimes what happens is you may trim the aircraft but don't completely center the stick after, maybe by a millimeter, and you think it is trimmed. It happened to me during a mission when I was under fire and crashed a few moments later because I had problems with the trim.
