My fault! I had a joystick I wasn’t using that was still connected to DCS and it had the gear lever up.
I’m an idiot.
It is kinda weird though that this is the only time I’ve seen it be an issue. Flying campaigns, etc never had the gear mess up at the start of the flight - just that Instant Action mission.
