    hi razo+r and first of all, let me thank you for this amazing conversion of this mod I love :)

     

    Ok, now, I'm a complete n00b with making liveries for DCS aircrafts and I may ask something related to the previous question asked by Automan, so sorry about that if it's the case :)

     

    Here are my 2 questions :

     

    - I own the Razbam M2k-C and i'd love to mix this aircraft fully clickable cockpit to all the AdA Mod M2k-5 MICA missiles and number of missiles slots. Would it be possible, and if it's the case, is this something that someone like me could do by myself ?

     

    Due to the fact that the Razbam Mirage has a PFM (Professional Flight Model) I am pretty sure that editing the loadouts with weapons which are not coded in the model, will cause conflicts/crashes.

    And also im pretty sure (from what we have heard) that they are ALOT further along then that.

     

    So if / When we see pictures from the viggen it wont just be a early Model =P.

     

    I foresee it probably being mostly finished visually

    (with most likely most current work being FM/System related + Polishing / Optimising)

    You are absolutely right. Just open the zip files from the original DLC (latest version which is 2.0) with a program like winrar. Then drag and drop the dds files from the latest add on into it. Saving is not necessary as far as I know. But make sure that you put the right file into the right zip. Meaning If you open the "SummerOther" zip you have to drag and drop the content from the Summer other folder.

     

    If you want to double check that you did everything right, you can delete the old noise_1.bmp files from the zip. If you see the new noise in game, everything is fine.

    LNS has indeed picked a strange approach to the Viggen product, pretty much the total opposite of traditional marketing strategy would dictate, and even though that will probably mean less sales for them they are willing to trade that for an epic reveal I reckon

     

    That is true. It is truly unbelieveable that after all these months we haven't even seen one single screenshot of the model. It is really difficult to get the idea behind that. But I am sure they know why! I have a big trust in this team.
