After hours of testing I have found the reason for my mission Stutter...To many Ground units. Soldiers, AAA, etc.
Even though they are not moving...my CPU was not happy ( i7 8700K )
I have trimmed down the number of units...and sorted.
The Zooming FPS drop on this map is still there...
