So I played the F-18 last weekend with an A/B model driver. He was mostly complimentary, noting there is still a lot of things yet to be implemented. His biggest gripe was the lack of trim to alpha functionality when the jet is in landing config.
Apparently IRL once the gear and flaps are set, the trim up/down hat selects an alpha which is displayed on the right side of the hud. Once the trim is set to the correct alpha there should be no need for forward/back stick input, only throttle input.
Is this feature on the development roadmap, even if in the far future?

(His other annoyances were the lack of TWS which I know is in development, and that when a waypoint is designated as a target, the FLIR does not attempt to snap to that position.)
