I recently bough the DCS world 2 Nevada map and I got 10 dollars in bonus cash. I wanted to use that to buy the A-10A but it said I can only use 3 dollars and I still had to pay 6:99 out of my pocket. Is there a way around this?

I can't even fire the KH-29T, never gives me the launch authorization. I go closer and closer until I crash into it. Still no LA
