  1. I'm selling some Hardware in Argentina, sorry I can't ship it abroad:

    1) Oculus Rift CV1 and Touch with 2 Cameras, non functional right speaker

    2) Zotac 1070 Amp Extreme

    3) CH Fighter Stick and Pro Throttle

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    2) Placa Zotac 1070 Amp Extreme - Sólo Venta, no canje

    3) CH Fighter Stick, junto con CH Pro Throttle - Lo puedo llegar a Canjear por un Volante G29, pedales y stick si está en perfecto estado como el set CH que vendo.

    Se retira por capital, durante la semana por Corrientes y Callao.

    Thanks!

  2. A few changes were made to the cockpit and a few problems that could be the cause of the lower performance in VR were found and fixed. So far in testing the FPS improved and the fix should be available in the next update for you to test.

    One thing is important to notice however. When the dynamic radar ground return is active this could cause a drop in FPS as this representation is kind of resource heavy.

    @Overstratos, Was this fix released?

    Thanks

  3. I've resolved my issue, thought I would post what I did here incase anyone is having the same issue. I removed SRS completed, kept my config but then went hunting through all the scripts folders and cleaned everything out from my Save Games\Scripts and SRS stuff in the main DCS\Scripts folder. Performed a full install of 1.6.1 again and this got round the problem I was having with the FC3 radio channels, I guess something didn't update correctly last time I updated SRS.

    That said it still didn't work, I noticed that the SRS volume was 0% and changing the volume on the MiG-19 Radio panel didn't change it, although it definitely did something as I could hear ATC. So I had a poke about in the SRS lua file (DCS-SimpleRadioStandalone) in both the SRS folder and the one in my Save games, it looks like one is a copy of the other. I found a line that looked like it was taking the volume to use in SRS from the volume knob position. So I commented out line 1357:

    _data.radios[2].volume = SR.getRadioVolume(0, 329,{0.0,1.0},false)

    and replaced it with:

    _data.radios[2].volume = 1.0

    This forced it to go to 100% and all was well from there, happy MiG-19 flying with my friends.

    I hope that helps I'm sure the issue will get sorted in the future but this workaround at least gets you flying and talking.

    Thanks for this, I was having the same issue.

  4. I hope this is a bug... have triggered so many switches already without wanting to by just putting that right Touch controller away (like the Hornet canopy thing on the right side).

    Also it would be great if they'd just disappear (by option) after a few seconds just like the mouse cursor does. Looks kinda strange to have those hands floating outside of the cockpit, but that's where I'm able to drop the controllers if I don't need them fsgrin.png

    I hope it is as well, because if it's a "feature" it's not working. What I usually do, I use both controllers during pre-flight and then I put away the right one before taxi. (I got tired and learnt, after jettison the canopies of the 18, 14 and Mig 21 so many times)

  5. Hi Guys, bringing back this conversation, I used to have my OG Rift dialed at 65 with the physical slider, now on the Rift S with the “virtual” IPD setting set at the same value the cockpits look a bit smaller.

    Having been on GA aircraft cockpits that are really small, I was a bit suspicious about, for example, the size of MiG 15’s cockpit with my OG Rift, but now I’m not really sure which one of the Rifts is giving me the right world scale.

    Btw I left DCS’ IPD setting at its default value.

    Thanks

  6. Hey Jim, if you are using the Oculus Touch it seems the right controller doesn’t need the grip press to action the cockpit controls, while the left does require a a grip press. I reported it on a different thread bu got no reply.

    I mostly manage my cockpit with the touch controls except flaps and gear that are mapped to my throttle buttons.

    I hope this helps.

  7. Just replaced my 4690k with aZ390 + 9700k and unfortunately the problem remains (it feels worse tbh)

    I even connected one sensor to an USB 3.1 G1 and the second to a G2.

    It has to be a faulty sensor as posted above.

    Not related but my right speaker is also gone (widespread Rift issue) that also affects 360 tracking... can’t wait for the gen of headsets.

  8. I posted this originally on the Tomcat forum but then I realized it happens with all the modules I tested and seems to be a DCS wide problem, so I apologize in advance for the cross post.

    I use Rift + Touch Controls and I my Tomcat canopy kept being jettisoned without reason when I was grabbing the right touch control and it was close to the canopy jettison lever.

    Today I did some testing and the problem is that unlike the left touch control, the right control is pushing every level and button in the cockpit without requiring a trigger press, so if the right control passes close to the canopy eject lever, then it's jettisoned (same with the tail hook lever and every button and switch in the cockpit)

    Tested also with the F18 and got the same results.

    Thanks!

  9. I haven't seen this elsewhere, so here is my report.

    Thanks for this amazing module!

    EDIT: It's a DCS wide issue, moderators please move to the appropriate forum.

  10. Now that 2.5.2 went live I had the same issue again, found that the root cause seems to be setting the water to "Low", changing it back to "Medium" restores the virtual hands (after clicking on the VR preset). If ED is reading this, please take a look.

  11. I have the same problem for months now, in DCS, IL2 and X Plane. I just opened a support ticket with Oculus and they replied DCS is not an officially supported application...

    I haven't found the same issue in Robo Recall or Project Cars, but I spend most of my time in DCS.

    I would love to find a solution to this annoying issue.

    Tried with 2 sensors, with 1 sensor, swapping USB ports, etc

    Win 10 - 4690k 4.4 - 1070 - 16gb ram

  12.

    It definitely should be. There are lots of Red AA units around the field. Sometimes I have noticed a bug where a damaged player will be ignored as "dead" by AA units, but generally they should work. If you encounter this problem again, let me know. Last time I checked it was working.

    That's must be it, I was trying to get back to land with electrical and hydraulic failures while under fire from an F86, at least he didn't shoot me down, I lost control evading (due hydraulics) and crashed

    FlyCast, I consider myself a very poor player, I fly with the Rift so have a hard time spotting, but the server is very well set and it's fun. (Well, Until I saw the video of the 3 Migs flying in formation, I don't understand Russian but they look real good and made me reconsider )

  13. Hi Great Server! I tried it today on the Mig and it was great, I definitely need some practice!

    Is the AA active on the red airfield? I dragged an 86 all the way but didn't see any AA supporting me, but saw it near the blue airfield (or I think I saw it)

    Thanks again!
