  1. I’m experiencing a similar issue since the last patch (QPro) to the point that today airlink crashed mid game for the first time ever. Frame Rate was stable 36/72. Thanks 7800x3D/4080/64 Gb ddr 6000
Thanks!
  3. @Overstratos, Was this fix released? Thanks
  4. Thanks for this, I was having the same issue.
  5. Hi Hollywood, I did a quick search but didn't find the answer, any plans to support the Mig 19 in the PRO version soon? Thanks
  6. I hope it is as well, because if it's a "feature" it's not working. What I usually do, I use both controllers during pre-flight and then I put away the right one before taxi. (I got tired and learnt, after jettison the canopies of the 18, 14 and Mig 21 so many times)
  7. Hi Guys, bringing back this conversation, I used to have my OG Rift dialed at 65 with the physical slider, now on the Rift S with the “virtual” IPD setting set at the same value the cockpits look a bit smaller. Having been on GA aircraft cockpits that are really small, I was a bit suspicious about, for example, the size of MiG 15’s cockpit with my OG Rift, but now I’m not really sure which one of the Rifts is giving me the right world scale. Btw I left DCS’ IPD setting at its default value. Thanks
  8. Hey Jim, if you are using the Oculus Touch it seems the right controller doesn’t need the grip press to action the cockpit controls, while the left does require a a grip press. I reported it on a different thread bu got no reply. I mostly manage my cockpit with the touch controls except flaps and gear that are mapped to my throttle buttons. I hope this helps. 9. Just replaced my 4690k with aZ390 + 9700k and unfortunately the problem remains (it feels worse tbh) I even connected one sensor to an USB 3.1 G1 and the second to a G2. It has to be a faulty sensor as posted above. Not related but my right speaker is also gone (widespread Rift issue) that also affects 360 tracking... can’t wait for the gen of headsets.
  10. Thanks for confirming it. I don't think you are missing any option, it's just a bug in DCS where the left and right controllers don't behave in the same way.
  11. I posted this originally on the Tomcat forum but then I realized it happens with all the modules I tested and seems to be a DCS wide problem, so I apologize in advance for the cross post. I use Rift + Touch Controls and I my Tomcat canopy kept being jettisoned without reason when I was grabbing the right touch control and it was close to the canopy jettison lever. Today I did some testing and the problem is that unlike the left touch control, the right control is pushing every level and button in the cockpit without requiring a trigger press, so if the right control passes close to the canopy eject lever, then it's jettisoned (same with the tail hook lever and every button and switch in the cockpit) Tested also with the F18 and got the same results. Thanks!
  12. I haven't seen this elsewhere, so here is my report. I use Rift + Touch Controls and I my canopy kept being jettisoned without reason when I was grabbing the right touch control and it was close to the canopy jettison lever. Today I did some testing and the problem is that unlike the left touch control, the right control is pushing every level and button in the cockpit without requiring a trigger press, so if the right control passes close to the canopy eject lever, then it's jettisoned (same with the tail hook lever and every button and switch in the cockpit) Thanks for this amazing module! EDIT: It's a DCS wide issue, moderators please move to the appropriate forum.
  13. Now that 2.5.2 went live I had the same issue again, found that the root cause seems to be setting the water to "Low", changing it back to "Medium" restores the virtual hands (after clicking on the VR preset). If ED is reading this, please take a look.
  14. to solve this issue, click on the VR preset under graphic options and redo the settings. that brings the hands back.
