Got it solved - thank to the great ED support!
It was a bug created by my Arduino Controller (for FFB Joystick). Simply unplugging it from USB and reconnecting it let DCS start again.
First time for me (in years) using ED/DCS support and I must admit they are extremly fast and helpful. Great service!

That´s it - thank you so much.
Deleted export.lua an reassigned / rewrote all commands, seems like the order of commands prevented the platform working with a cold start Huey. Don´t know, why the other modules worked with cold start, but anyhow, now everything is back were it belongs. Thanks again!
