  1. Correct, I literally found that out a few minutes after posting, created the fast mission and then just added a ground commander so I could control units, dunno why I didn't think of doing that days ago! Lol :idiot:

  4. Many thanks for this great profile, am a total newbie to DCS A-10 so finding your profile to use was a bonus, I used to play FC and the profile I made for that was rubbish. I do have a question about the individual modes though, to aid me in my learning of your profile, as I'm also in the process of learning about the sim itself, instead of having just `mode1, 2 or 3` appearing on the x52 mfd it would be helpful it each mode was labelled to better identify it's main role, i.e. navigation, combat etc. Edit : Not sure if I'm missing something but I can't find any reference to the `boat switch` in your profile, from the reading I've done in the manual that appears to be an important function to have, feel free to tell me if I'm wrong though, am still learning this complex sim!
  5. Am I right in saying that enemy units like the zsu-23 should show up on the a-10's rwr display? I ask because I've created a number of missions for my brother & I to fly on multiplayer but the rwr just isn't displaying things like the zsu-23 even though I've added quite a few of them on the missions. I've flown all around where the zsu-23's are, close enough to get shot at but still the rwr shows nothing, & yep before anyone ask the radar isn't set to `lanuch` mode. What's really strange is that suddenly the 23 has appeared on the rwr, on the inner cirlce for a zsu-23 that I had previously flown close to and had no warnings shown on the radar display. I might be missing something really obvious but I've watched the a-10 rwr training vid by ironhand & the rwr clearly displays any zsu-23's that are in range, so why isn't it the same on my game :helpsmilie:
  6. Sorry to hijack this thread but I've got a similar problem with trying to add another `human` flight to a multiplayer mission. Even though I know my way around the mission editor (sort of!) I haven't got the imagination to create interesting and challenging missions but I've just found a mission generator over at lockonfiles & it looks really good, just 1 problem though, it has no support for generating multiplayer missions. The mission I'm trying to edit is an a-10 mission to destroy some buildings, the 1 human flyable aircraft has a number of waypoints setup as well as a couple of objectives to destroy & what I'm wondering is what's the easiest way to add another flyable aircraft to this mission so that it has not only the same waypoints but also the same objectives (targets) to destroy etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  7. I slowed down the aiming cursor by using the sst software with my x52 pro, by using the `New advanced command` option you can create a delay between each keypress. I've assigned the keystrokes (;.,/) with a delay to the mouse control on the x52 throttle, makes moving the aiming cursor alot easier, I found a delay of 0.050 works best.
