And incidentally, you can tap the altimeter glass. We just need a good "knuckle-on-glass" sound now. :)
:D
Don't power the ADC (ensure there is a fail flag on ASI/Altimeter).

Hi,
It seems people are unaware I no longer do DCS development. I'm no longer working with AvioDev, and as far as I know, there is currently no-one working on systems development.
Best regards,
Tango.

Hmm.... thought this was fixed. Will investigate.

Hi..just bought the C-101 in the sale.
Very impressive cockpit..congratulations to all involved in the development.
Wish I had given you guys the full purchase price instead of giving it to another unnamed trainer...but you will get more of my money in the future with this quality.
Thanks
Thank you very much for your support! It is greatly appreciated.

When you initially load the aircraft on the cold ramp and everything is OFF, the FPS are good, but they get worse as you power the systems?Right when i turn electronics in it just looses 25FPS and sometime 30 when i turn on the engineBest regards,

When loading into multiplayer, the bindings are completely different from single player. Ie; they are screwed up completely.
Also, even if doing the multiplayer "trick" to change the bindings, bindings still don't work. Stick control is functioning, but throttles aren't functioning. Also, AutoStart doesn't work. Could be related to the bindings getting screwed up when going from single player to multiplayer.
Don't know if this bug has been reported yet, but my wingman is experiencing this issues since yesterday. He's only able to fly in single player due to this.
This is beyond our control.
Which version of DCS is he running? The exact build version is in the lower right corner of the main DCS menu screen.

Huh, "input dialog"? What exactly are you refering to?
I meant the input option screen. :)

Hi,
There is no reason for them not to work with the C-101. What exactly is it that doesn't work?
Best regards,
Tango.

The input dialog of DCS is nothing to do with the aircraft itself. What exactly is wrong with the input dialog?

Hi,
No I'm not, but from when I have used it, that is what I needed to do. :)
For DCS it is best not to use TARGET (or at least, not combine the stick and throttle).

Tango.

I'm trying to use a combined controller (joystick and Throttle) map with the C-101EB. Apparently the default LUA (joystick and keyboard) will not support a combined controller map. No keys can be assigned to the throttle in such a map.
The same problem exists with the Hawk.
All other aircraft in DCS however support a combined controller map. I know because with the exception of the CA module, I have a combined map working for all other modules.
Note: by combined map I mean under TM Target Software, the drivers for the controllers are combined to look like one device to DCS.
I working with VEAO now to address the Hawk.
I need your attention to this.
Thank you.
In combined mode, you must assign keys in TARGET software, then in KEYBOARD for C-101.
As for AXIS - they should work normally.
I have a Warthog. :)

Weird...
Thanks for the report.

OK - they are probably using old mission files.

In the DCS main screen, do you have .2 in the C-101 version field?

Forget what manuals off the internet say - ours are the real thing. :)

But strange and sorry but this plane never get a FAA IFR certification. Flown 5 touch and go and the ADI drift 5° off at the last touch and go under normal flight condition.
I have tweaked again the TARSYN system so it drifts less for normal flight maneuvers (bank < 60°, g < 2.3) but the reality is the system drifts if you pull more than this. The gyros also precess in a turn, even at 1 g, though I did tweak this as well.
I have actually increased the drift rate of heading gyro as it wasn't sufficient, but again for normal flight it should be OK.

Can you start the mission "normally" (not through CA) and see if it is OK then?

Gear warning alerts when:
* GEAR UP
* N1 <= 65.0%
* ALTITUDE <= 5500 ft
In what situation? Can you get a screenshot of the panel next time this happens please?1)Master Caution lights X GEN. C.C. some time Illuminated.
Battery temperature warning is because there is a very high current drain and low voltage, though there is a problem with the battery temperature when flying (it gets too warm in flight).2) Online X GEN. C.C. also illuminated plus few min. later 70° BAT.
This is because the battery is flat.Only the X GEN. C.C. Every past 25 min. in flight the Electronic BUS went off and all is dead.Check the engine is running and ENG GEN is ON (elec panel, to the right of the main panel engine instruments).

Hmm. Do you have Combined Arms?
It appears the aircraft spawns as AI then you take control via CA?
Best regards,
Tango.

It will be implemented. We are busy developing the C-101CC at present.
Best regards,
Tango.

No. We haven't seen this. Can you get a video?
Make sure you have good airspeed. Try lifting off at 150 kts. After liftoff get the gear and flaps up, and accelerate in a shallow climb to 210 kts, then continue climb.

Tango.

So how does the Sea Eagle work on the CC and what targets can it hit/destroy?
It works in pre-programmed mode. You will need to pre-program it before flying the mission.

Is there training vids on start-up?

C-101 BUGS WE ARE TRACKING
in DCS: C-101 AvioJet

It wasn't possible to smooth the voltmeter without causing the motion to be too slow (equally unrealistic). There is insufficient frame rate generally for the kind of motion required.
The ASI sounds like a model animation bug, as the internal computation for airspeed is continuous.
