Xform applied, no relevant changes. Well, I´ve been watching and reading tutorials on this for 2 days and tried several things but I guess this unwrap thing is not for me.

Just finished a model and now I´m stuck in UVW unwrap. 3dsM beginner level here. I´ve already tried stitch tool and vertex/edge/face editing, no success. It seems impossible to make checkers aligned and not stretched. Any help?

This video was uploaded 2 days ago and shows an IA63 Pampa of the Fuerza Aerea Argentina doing a 1.5 meter flyby. HUD and ground views. gizmodo (Unfortunatelly, it was edited with Top Gun's Danger Zone song. Horrible.)

I don't have FC2 so I can't test any of my mods there. The only thing I know, from user's feedback, is about the runway thing. (my numerals also won't work). I released all my mods as "FC1" compatible, but people started telling me it worked ok in FC2, so I changed to "FC1 FC2" compatible. But regarding to the Su-33 skins, all info I have is that it works ok in FC2. I'm sorry for not being able to help with this FC2 issue.

I just doublechecked and there's nothing wrong, file contains 2 Kuznetsov skins with numerals removed. Maybe you have not uninstalled the other skin (with numerals) from ModMan, or you have it in TempTextures folder. download

RICARDO, Unfortunately, I don't have FC2 so I don't know about some issues. I found out that ED removed an important runway file and this will make my runway mod incomplete in FC2 (in fact, it will completely KILL the runway design... once WPP_DARK.BMP is the most important file of the runway design and now, in FC2, it's simply a TGA file responsible for skid marks). Check this topic here and images below: "it was not clear at all about wich files you could use at the same time" I made 13 versions, three different types: "A(ABCD)" = air force "N(ABCDE)" = navy "X(ABCD)" = thresholds correct position in all airfields (remembering that the above info has no effect in FC2, because of the removed WPP_DARK.BMP) Parking areas A (asphalt) and B (concrete) are commons (work for all airfields). Parking area Novorossiysk 1A, 1B and Saki are airfields specific. Designed for screenshots/videos purposes. - Thanks.

egorter I'd put all the wreckage for sale on eBay. I believe people would pay big money for AIM-120, AIM-9 and F-15E parts. Besides that, we have the historical factor too.

I've been thinking about the armed population in Libya. They seem to be very familiarized in operating all the weapons they have. I see ordinary citizens operating AAAs, machine guns, rocket launchers... Is it part of their culture?

Yes, like I said: Runway numerals are not from my nomera_hd mod. WPP_DARK.bmp was removed. I see a rubber coat wich is not part of my mod - it might be the "wpp dark.tga" wich is used in FC2.. someone told me that, I'm not sure. Thanks, rattler.

Unfortunately, file "WPP_DARK.bmp", wich is the most detailed (and hard to design) part of the runway, is absent in FC2. Below, two images. Runway files in FC1 and FC2. Runway XA and NE. As you can see, ED removed file "WPP_DARK.bmp" in FC2. I really don't know why ED did this. It was a bad choice. In this specific case, t's like walking backwards - how come ED removes an important texture file in FC2? (Please correct me if I'm wrong - maybe they have replaced "WPP_DARK.bmp" for another file, but I don't think so.) So, if you use my runway mod in FC2, you won't have the coolest, most detailed part - rubber tyre marks, kuznetsov deck for navy runways, etc. I really feel sorry for that. It was so hard to design this texture, and in the end, ED does not use it anymore. What a bad luck.. Plus, runway numerals from my mod "nomera_hd" also won't work in FC2. I don't know if ED changed or replaced nomera.tga. I don't have FC2 to test it. Thanks.

Moviemakers usually use Fraps and Sony Vegas or Adobe After Effects. Yes, Fraps AVIs open in Vegas. -
