  2. Some Tunguska Fun Here, I do the same with the SA-19, and then shoot a lot of Ka-50s. Flying Tank.trk Flying, shooting tank.trk 12-chopper shot.trk 16-chopper shot.trk
  3. On Mt. Elbrus, I got the Avenger to go over 450kmh, and to do some serious flying. Enjoy! P.S., Unfortunately, the track with shooting doesn't show it for some reason. 400kmh truck.trk Flying truck.trk Flying, shooting truck.trk
  4. I definitely can't afford it right now, but if I were to upgrade my PC to play DCS better, what would be your recommendations? I'm thinking going from 16 to 32GB RAM, but what about GPU (I have GTX 1660Ti right now)? Nothing RTX-level expensive, but would a GTX 1080 or AMD RX 5500XT 8GB be the way to go? And, is it even possible to upgrade the CPU (I have i5-9400F, it does fine for now)? I think my 1TB SSD will hold out for quite a while, it loads so quickly! Just a side note, will there ever be a fix to the DCS.exe problem? I can't actually play it right now. It just won't open.
  5. I seem to have a similar problem. A few updates ago, it wouldn't open, missing a file, and stopped a virus. I updated when it became available, and then it worked. Another update came up, got it, and now the same problem exists. Repair doesn't work. This the same? Fix?
  6. Will this get fixed at some point?
  7. It tries to run, but then says it can't find a file. What do I do?
  8. So, basically, this processor is good enough/fast enough for DCS, right?
  9. So I have an i5-9400f, which has a base speed of 2.9Ghz and a turbo boost speed of 4.1Ghz. What does this mean? Does it automatically run faster, or do I have to do something to increase its speed from 2.9Ghz?
  10. It's a bit late to change, as I've already got it, but I was just wondering what you guys thought of my setup. Specs are in my signature, link posted here. It runs DCS fine for me.https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-i5-9400F-Hexa-Core-Bluetooth/dp/B082J7BWJD/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=pavilion+gaming+desktop&qid=1580160102&refinements=p_n_feature_five_browse-bin%3A13580790011%2Cp_n_feature_two_browse-bin%3A5446812011&rnid=562234011&s=electronics&sr=1-2
  11. I haven't tried the SD-10, I don't have the JF-17; I haven't even gone against it yet. I'm just reporting what I've seen from AI vs AI, and it seems to me from many occasions that the SD-10 and AIM-120C are very close, but the SD-10 has a slight advantage in speed, and the AI seems to have a slightly harder time avoiding it.
  12. Perhaps I shouldn't have said the JF-17 is so incredibly good, but rather that the SD-10 can outperform the AIM-120C (from what I've seen, anyways), and this has gotten me rather excited; it's not a Russian missile, but it's still red. Apologies if I was misunderstood.
  13. I haven't had a chance to buy this yet (believe me, I will eventually, it and the Persian Gulf are my next two), but I tried it in various AI vs AI scenarios, and it performed very well. Against equal numbers F-15Cs and F-16CMs with AIM-120Bs and Cs it came out on top, and there were even a few one-shot BVR kills with the SD-10; looks like we've finally got something to counter the Eagle and AMRAAM.
  14. This one here is a tempting offer, but I've heard they aren't reliable, and use poor quality components. Is this true? If not, I'll definitely get it.https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-gaming-desktop-intel-core-i7-8700-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-1tb-hdd-240gb-ssd-black/6389791.p?skuId=6389791
  15. Would this be good enough for DCS?https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-master-gaming-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-2700x-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1660-512gb-ssd-white/6385375.p?skuId=6385375
