I'm user jkramer5 contacting you again about the password reset issue I'm having. As far as I can tell, my ISP (they use yahoo's email servers) are blocking incoming emails from you. They have no solution as to how to unblock your messages.
I do use another email account, registered to DCS as jkramer** with an address of jonk***********@gmail.com and I have tested that your emails make it to that address. Earlier today I tried to change my main DCS account from the pacbell.net to my gmail but because it is in use for jkramer** ( I created that to run a dedicated server for a while )
I can do whatever necessary to prove who I am, I can access my old purchase emails and I've been a DCS customer a long time.
As of now I am totally locked out of my account jkramer5 and I've got $100's of purchases in it.
I've used asterisks so as to not put my account names in the clear
I would appreciate Please help with this.
