I did these when the aircraft first came out a few years ago, waiting for an ED template which never appeared, so I never really finished them as I would have liked. I think they still work.
There are quite a few more, civil and military, all within the 2 packs. You are welcome to do anything you want with them.

You probably:
1. Air-started which doesn't give you the option to do the livery change via crewchief (Pylon-OFF => Your Actual Livery)2. Set it to fly as an AI (an update broke this feature of the mod and now the AI always has hardpoints)

EightBall's method doesn't work if you then after reselect one of the AugustaBell options since it reenables "hardpoints".

The red warning box near the tail has the word Danger in it, the actual aircraft has something in Polish above that but I could not find an image good enough to read it, if anyone has an image pass it on and I'll update the skin. (Something I can actually read please, I can make guesses for myself but decided not to do that) !!
The Number on the side is also a bit of a guess, again no clear image of the actual aircraft to work from, the last number could any one of several.
Can we get a new link to this livery, please?

With the old-school P-3 Orion, the ED default drones, your P-8 Poseidon and the RC-135 this RQ-4 would complete a nice US Armed Forces ISR aircraft lineup. Definitely interested in it!
