you couid save them to the main kneeboard folder, you could try just making a folder with the terrain name (as per the main folder) and see if that works ?

I have tried this and tried to follow the same folder structure as in the main folder

  2. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to save custom kneeboards for maps inside of the saved games folder instead of the main folder. I usually try and keep my main folder clean of any mods/skins etc.

I know this already works for Aircraft but I want to try and keep charts and map data in the maps kneeboard folder.

    Thanks 🙂

  3. Hello, I honestly can't remember where I saw it. If I see it I will share it. But essentially we will get 3 different suites (blocks/lots if you speak F16 or F18). Each is a bit more modern. So we will get a Fancy helmet like in the F16 and 18 and a more modern TGP.

Here you go. That was easier than I thought.

  4. Hi everyone,

Does someone perhaps have a cheatsheet like in the manual but more condensed? I will attach some examples. One example is of the manual and the other one I found in the user flies of the F16. The plan is to use it as a kneeboard.
I know I'm probably a little fast but thought there might be something like this out there but I just don't see it.

    Thanks 🙂

Hello, we can't see anything out of the ordinary in the log but we are investigating.

I imagine you have already done it, but please, make sure no other device that might be interfering is connected.

I don't think this is the source of the problem, but just to try, please in the Miscellaneous options menu, try unchecking the FFB option.

Finally, if you attach a track, we can take a better look to see if the issue is in our code.

So we found the problem... it's us xD. We Didn't realise the plane needed to be started to move the stick, so all is good. It's something I never bother checking before starting up. I start and afterward check controls. Apologies about that.

Thanks for the help and interest.

please retest now and let me know the results

Seems to be working on my side now. I loaded into 4YA. However what I notice (maybe its always been like this before?) but every time the server lobby gets populated, there's a mini freeze/stutter. Maybe its always been like that I just never noticed.

  7. Good day 🙂

As the title mentioned will the new core upgrades like Multi Threading benefit older systems. I currently have a 9700k, 1070Ti and 1440P monitor. The game runs I would say ok to nice in most instances with most settings on High and then Antialiasing just enough to not make it look edgy (40-80FPS). I don't think with my current GPU DLSS would do much for me. Hopefully I can get my hands on a RTX card soon.

    Thanks

It doesn't feel like multi-stage AB, but it might well be that. Anyhow, I just planted custom curve the second I got airborne and matched AB kick with my Warthog detent, no big deal.

Ye, I will try this myself. Thank you. Does this effect performance or control?

(speculative: AB isn't neccessarily an on-off matter. Maybe you need the travel beyond the detent to adjust throttle inside the AB-regime?)

Could be that it has multiple "stages"

  10. Good day,

I was wondering if it is possible to move the after burner detent to 75% or is there a specific reason its at around 50%? Apologies if I missed a memo somewhere.

Also, its a awesome module, Thank you!

Hello, you can find answers of all of your questions in the unofficial FAQ posted on the Razbam discord.

    https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/544231925263630336/941078615641165824/Frequently_Asked_Questions.pdf

We're getting the -229 and the radar is the APG-70 👍

I dunno about the performance but it's discussed in the CFT removal thread.

    Thank you :).

That FAQ helps a lot. Can't wait to see the official announcement xD.

I guess performance is a very difficult topic. So many variables related to it.

  12. Hello :),

So from what I can see on Razbam's social media we are getting the F15E Suite 4+. Now I have tried looking around and I can't find any info on suite upgrades for the F15E. just a note for those that are not aware, please don't share any real world documents here, we will get in trouble xD.

My first question would be what engines are fitted to the suite 4+, the 220 or 229 and does that 6000lbs of thrust make it perform somewhat equal to a C with 220s with 1.7 ton less? I guess weight and G would still play a major role?

My second question, what radar comes with the suite 4+?

If you have some good reading material or links I can go check out please DM me and I will share my discord handle or email 🙂

  13. from just looking at Wikipedia I think it would need to be a whole new module on its own :).

Edit: From what I understand the GR7 and 9 are upgraded GR5s. Maybe the GR9 although I think they would still have some differences.

  14. Hello :),

Long story short, I am stuck with no internet, so I am re learning some of my older modules in offline mode. So what's happening is I would load a into a module and after 2 or so seconds the FPS would just go down to like 10+-, but it feels like the game itself is lagging (like the simulation) the moment I pause the sim it goes back up to 70-80 or if I Ralt+J to leave the module. I though maybe this is a Mirage 2000 issue I will try another module just for a test but the same happens in the F18 and the SU25 FC. However when I connect to the internet and I open DCS with a internet connection I don't experience this issue at all, game works perfectly. I only get bad performance in offline mode. Sadly I can't share any videos as I am using my phones 4G limited mobile data.
