no bug Parking break not engaging

Boy do I feel stupid, I had the wrong command bound. -
The parking brake does not engage. I attempted to engage the parking brake with the brake lever released as well as with it held using the parking break hot key and by clicking on it. This does not engage the parking break. I am able to set the parking break only while holding LMB on the break lever then clicking RMB on the parking break handle.
