Thanks for the quick reply Groove! I did try downloading without the download manager. I also tried downloading from different mirrors. Right now I am trying the Russian Mirror for the first time. I should clarify that the files seem to download fine the error code pops up while I am trying to install. My download speed from US mirrors was about 500 KB/s and it is running about 180 KB/s on the Russian.

Extraction problems I have a similar problem but I get a error code 13 everytime. I used a download manager and have tried downloading both files three times.
