Would Starforce run even when I am not playing?. This is the last question that detains me for buying. I want this game badly, but I hate any unwanted aplication running on the background consuming cpu cycles. I am following the DVD release with attention, I still hope DCS decides to ride off copy and DRM for good. The truth I am divided: I want to support sim developers but I don't want to suport DRM. The only way I bought a game with DRM is if the game is exceptional and after a long way until the retail price is low enough to affort been burned for a DMR issue. I will care to loose 60.00 but not 20.00 or less. At the same time, that backfires the use of DRM for publishers. I hope I didn't broke any forum rules asking this. Thanks.

Hi, I am sure it has been told before, but I have read a lot of pages looking for a clear answer. I am concerned about the DRM and Copy protection. I really want to buy the game, but first I need to know facts. 1. I heard the english retail version will include a less invasive form of starforce. What is exactly the difference?. 2. Does the game use a game key?. What happens if my key is stolen?. 3. Will the game be distributed by steam?. Will use full DMR and starforce?. 4. How ED will handle DRM and activations through the years?. I sim has a very long live. I hope ED makes a sticky with an official answer, even a search didn't help me. Thanks.
