  1. Hello Don't worry ! It seems that the problem was about my cards. I'm not running leobodnar ou things like that but Pokeys. They act like a keyboard. And when using the "special 3-2 pos for game controller" it seems to work if I register my Pokey card's entry as a joystick button. I just discovered it. So I'll make more investigations tomorrow :)
  2. Hello I tried but it unfortunately didn't worked. Where exactly should I put these lines bro ?
  3. Hi Just made a little donation on Paypal. Thanks for your work !
  4. Thanks a lot, I'll try this today (it's still night at the moment in my country). I totally agree about the emerg probe, but I ordered my switches before learning to fly the f/a18. And just by looking the pit from Dcs. I suppose that flaps would have been a much clever choice. Where should I insert this ? Inside the joystick or keyboard lua ? And where inside these files ? But thanks a lot for your help and the time spent, that's very kind of you.
  5. Actually all 3 positions switches inside the f/a-18c pit : so at least 20 pr 30 I suppose (probe, power,...)... All of the on-on-on functions (of course no problem with (on)-off-(on) as they come back to center position). But I think I would just need 1 example : knowing where is the lua I must edit, how can I edit it (which command, which text,..), how can I save the job to avoid it to be erased at each update. And I could do the all job by myself after. So the Probe extend/retract/emerg extract could be a good example.
  6. Sorry dude, my switches are dpdt on-off-on (my phone changed my answer), as you've guessed it. So I have a total of 6 "pins" I tried this method today but it didn't worked : https://www.dropbox.com/s/gq6qeck3yijvxxi/DIY%20ON-ON-ON%20Switch.pdf?dl=0 So I guess my last chance is modifying lua.
  7. Thanks a lot. Unfortunately my switch is a real on-off-off on-off-on, so Dcs sees it as a 2 positions. I even try to bend the metalic parts inside to convert it as a on-on-on, but it didn't worked. So my last chance is dealing it with lua. I first worked on the Probe extend/retract/emerg extend. And I can't use the two extend/retract and emerg extend/retract functions because they're only available with game controllers, and my sim pit is built with Pokeys cards, which workzed like keyboards and not like controllers. I'm lost...
  8. Hello I'm about to finish my little home pit. And I'm quite annoyed by 3 way switches. Could anybody show me an example of what we need to write in the lua for theses switches ? I guess that it could be something like : if UP then A, if not then B ; if DOWN then C, if not then B. Sorry if I'm not clear, I'm French... Thanks a lot
  9. Well, I think I'll use a streaming software.
  10. And another way : using a software with which I could duplicate a part of my 1st screen, a kind of "streaming" For example : I choose the HUD view, I duplicate the center and just do what I can to make both views fit.
  11. Because actually I searched inside the f/A18 folder, but the answer may be found inside DCS folder...
  12. Thanks to all of you for your help and precious time. Astazou : that's weird. I'm sure we're close. Harker : yes, I even considered to duplicate the left DDI "for the moment". Sryan you may have found a way : maybe I can explore DCS' folder about this view and just change the location of the HUD !
  13. Hello and thanks a lot for your answer. Yes I would like to have a dedicaced screen for the HUD, even if it won't be collimated.
  14. Hello I need your help ! As a real fan of the Hornet, I'm building a kind of cockpit. I have 2 screens for the moment : - 1st is a projector with DCS - 2nd is a computer screen for Helios I would like to reflect the HUD data (it seems to me that it's called HMD inside DCS) over a reflective piece of glass. Could anybody help me ? Thanks a lot, and as we say in France "A la chasse bordel !"
  15. Hello ! In advance please accept my apologies for my terrible English, but I'm French. I was wondering why some buttons can be mouse clicked, but can't be mapped from the menu. By example : in the sensor panel I can click on Flir, Ltd and Lst buttons, but I can't choose to affect keyboard buttons.. Another example : some buttons have 2 positions but can only be mapped as a single keyboard button (Hook bypass, launch bar...). If you have any explanation or help I would be grateful as I currently build a F/A 18 cockpit for DCS. Best regards.
