Turns out, I didn't know MSI, When updating the bios it resets everything.

My IGN on boards graphics was on and not off, causing the conflict with the RTX 4070Ti graphics card/ while in VR.
Seems to be running good now.
Sorry for wasting your time, maybe this will help some one out, with similar issues?
also make sure your MT HYPER threading is off too in bios.

ok it was the special tabs setting, for FFB center trim settings, for some reason the update changed my setting to FFB...
