  1. Practice mission created by myself taking off from Batumi to the target airfield up the coast that has 6 T72 tanks. Set up the missile correctly (EO aligned, Master Arm On, DMZ visible on Hud and Mav page). I make Mav my SOI, slave all sensors to SPI (which is the current target waypoint), narrow my FOV and slew the crosshairs over the target. The problem is I get no lock. I've tried it at different ranges and altitudes, but the crosshair refuses to lock onto the target. I use the same procedure with the AGMD version, which is IR, and can get locks quite easily. I know the AGMH version is Electro Optical but can anyone identify if I'm missing a step or are the light conditions just not optimal? I have the mission set at 0630 in July so the morning light conditions seem optimal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Have you tried swapping the controllers to different USB inputs or tried a powered hub? Also, are they showing up correctly when you calibrate them?
  3. Persian Gulf and F18C. I have so much to learn.
  4. Thanks, I rebuilt the mission editor folder by renaming the original to a temp folder and restarted DCS. It appears to have rebuilt the folder and now it seems to be letting me start the first custom mission I made. Hope it keeps working.
  5. I go to the mission editor, create a simple takeoff and land mission, save, and when I load it either through the mission editor or missions in the main menu, it won't run the mission. It loads all the textures and terrains, but just goes to the briefing screen and when I click fly, it won't load the plane it just goes back into the editor. Anyone else having similar problems?
