I might have found the sullution myself...disable hotplug?

Hi So i uppgraded myself to from Oculus quest 2 a HP reverb headset. It works great.. but I have a very strange problem! Suddenly it says "IR disconncted". I was flying the apache the other day, so it there was a chim, and "IR tracker disconnected" was displayed but the VR was working fine, and the heli just died, it turned off and crashed. I had it several times, But the headset is conneted, so..what is this? And why did the helicopter just die and turn off?
