I finaly got the game. And yes - I was logged in every time I wanted to see if I was allowed to download. And I only have one login name and pass, which I used in every attempt. Slowest download buy ever, but now it works.

I did get an email from Protx stating that "Your order from The Fighter Collection has been processed successfully". Files -> Products = option to "Pay by PROTX". I wont do that again, trust me. I find this very od and unsatisfactory. Usually when I buy downloads on the internet I am able to get the product instantly.

I have ordered and paid for Black Shark on jan 22. The money was taken from my bank account tuesday 27. but the website still claims I have not paid for anything yet (In reality I have paid for nothing). And I dont get an download option. I have written to support@digitalcombatsimulator.com three times, with out as much as an auto-answer back. They got my login name and my reference number from Protx. Now what? I want the game or my money back. What can I do? /Karsten Nielsen PS: does the game really exist?

I have the same problem. Paid and received comfirmation mail, but theres no download option for the game. Any solution have come up for you Need?
