I don't think there are any kneeboard or ATC files that need to be downloaded. If you go to the "About" tab in the Vaicom Pro window, you'll see a place to enter your license keys and your email address. For each license key you've obtained, just enter the key and press the "validate key" button. All the extensions are activated this way, whether or not there are files associated with them.
