LMAO off topic much?:poster_oops: Sorry I have no idea what you are talking about or how to fix it. On another note since this thread was brought back up... ED or somebody should really implement some kind of version check on the multiplayer client side. I was fortunate enough to know something was wrong and investigate to find that I was not up to date with the latest patch. Thanks inpart to someone pointing out the obvious. But anyways theres a good amount of people playing multiplayer on the wrong version which I feel if not done by choice but by ignorance or just not knowing any better really hurts their experiance. They are playing the game with hardly anyone missing out on servers filled with 32 players+. This could case people to maybe losing intrest in the game due to boredom with single player campaign or missions. If not an auto patcher it be nice to see in further releases at least a news section in the multiplayer GUI that at least lets people know that there is a newer version out.

Here's a better awnser For those with blackberry or Droid you can use this program without having to edit anything or compress files. I just plugged in my phone transfered my pdf files to my SD card and it was good to go. It also has a trail ... to buy its only 15 dollars which is well worth it for me because I do alot of reading with pdfs. Has nice options for reading such as a "reading mode" where it automatically word wraps and make it easier to read while neatly keeping all content within one screen with out side to side scrolling. Is there a way to make it so the hud is not so transparent.... I have a hard time seeing contacts when using IRST Scan mode etc... I just remember the hud being more solid in fc1

Wow cant believe you remember that... I finished that Mig but it got lost somewhere in the two moves I made. I think that post is up around one of these forums. Like I said I had a whole year to kill while I was over there, but all the free time I got now for the most part is spent with my wife and kid. Just part of getting older I guess cant believe I turned 30 this year... but hey, at least I'm considered a youngin around here :shifty:

I just bought a Saitek Cyborg X from best buy. I have an X52 at home but I work 24 hour shifts and sometimes am actually stuck at work for 3 to 5 days straight. So I was wanting something portable and I saw this and thought it would be great since you could break the stick down. The problem I'm having is that I can not for the life of me get this thing to calibrate center. I have tried everything I could search for from deleting registry keys, reinstalling drivers, unplugging and replugging and even a program DXTweaK2 that allows you to compensate for improper calibration of sticks. Well first off this things brand new out of the box I shouldnt have theses problems to begin with and second even though I've tried to resolve the problem myself it all been in vain. When I go to control panel hardware etc. I can bring up the controller properties but it doesnt have the option to reset the stick to center. If anyones got any Idea to whats going on with this let me know cause its on the fast track to the return bin if i cant fix the problem.

In referance to ban ... my guess would be for being a tool. But yes I had lomac from release but around that time my pc took a dump. Then I joined the Army and was obviously not playing for a good year probably. Then I got sent to Korea and got a custom pc build for cheap there and would basically sit in my barracks drinking and playing lockon in my room all night. Its basically how I stayed outta trouble and away from the "Drinky girls love you long time" crap going on over there. :thumbup: Plus during that time in Korea I got recruited by 169th which for the most part was a great group of guys. That was back in 2005, then I moved back to the States and was still playing. I moved back home in like 2007 when the movers decided that my pc would make a good soccer ball and it never ran right after that. Oh I had a Son as well and well you know life flys by. Anyways in a nutshell there it is. Im back and its nice to see that im still remebered. Blast from the past I just realized how much my old sig ROCKS!!!:worthy:

Well im actually Storm and I used to be a member of the 169th and I dont really need to know about all the drama cause well......... lets not go there lol. Anyway I do have FC2 and thats why I was wondering where all the servers went. Last night when I was on there where no dedicated servers so I was just wondering why. All the servers had external views padlock etc and im used to playing at full realism settings.

Just wondering where all the true sim servers went. I have been away from the game for awhile and all I can find are like servers you would have found on UBI.com during realese. What ever happend to they Panthers server Ice and Cali and all them? Am I missing something or has the MP communtiy died off... if so whats everone playing now rise of flight?

Well that was it I had to assign them as micros. Now it only is hitting the key once and im not getting the 100% cpu prob. I read in a thread somewhere that i was to use the advance commands to achieve this. Could some one explain the differance bacause I thought you were to use macro's to do multi-task commands such as hitting one button to and have ur gear go up and raise flaps for example. Also why was I unable to just click on the band and input the key command like i would for say trigger 1. I would just hit space bar. Is it because its a band the key repeats because if i use a command on a button its only used once. Thanks again for the solution.

None that I am aware of. The only thing I have done was assign the precision slider to a band and then make advanced commands 13 to be exact so that i can control the FOV zoom for IL2 like it is in lock on.

I have searched all over and havent resolved this issue. At first my profiler was working correctly with the software provided with my joystick. I was trying to put FOV control on the percision slider. I was having an issue with that because I was not making an advance command to have a press and release command for each key. Therefore once i used the slider the 1 key was constantly being inputed. I have yet to see if it will now work correctly because in my troubleshooting of that issue somewhere along the line I updated they drivers and STT software. In fact it wasn't until I installed them that I began to have the problem. Prior to updating I was able to Alt-Tab in and out of IL2 without issue besides the repeated key problem. Now when I try to load my profile my CPU usage spike to 100% and my system completely goes haywire and Im forced to do a hard reset. I have tried to purge the files and all of the stuff they have suggested in the forums to no avail. I had to stop trying last night before I put my X52 through my 40" TV. I spent all day working on profiles for Lock On and IL2 and now nothing works. Im sure you guys know how frustrating profiling can be. One thing I didnt do was to actually go into the device manager and manually remove the drivers for Saitek devices. Could I possibly have missed this step? Also I read somewhere that if you do not set the other modes to "fallback" That the STT will make your controller make a crazy amount of unneeded commands which I believe may also be a resource hog. But I was a little confused to how to make sure you have the least amount of commands and get rid of unused ones. Because even before everything went to hell it seem to be using alot of resources. Please someone help thank you.
