The only number I see is a transaction number listed under payments.I tryed to activate using that as the serial number and it comes up as invalid.

Hi, I purchased your software on 2/8/09 but I never recieved a serial number. I recieved en e-mail from protx.com thanking me for my purchase and a reference number but no serial number. I tryed to send an e-mail to the customer support address but I have not recieved a reply.Can anyone help me out?
