I figured out what the problem was. I set native screen resolution and now cockpit is beautiful :).

I have everything set on high with 1600x1200 resolution. Game looks awesome and I have high frame rates. But the textures inside the cockpit have very low resolution and all the instruments are difficult to read. Adjusting "Resolution of cockpit displays" doesn't help. Cockpit looks the same no matter what resolution i select. If someone knows how to fix it please share.
