Hi Everyone I have 2 monitors-at the moment I am only using 1 monitor settings. I also play on P3D4 -the MFDs can be easily transported to 2nd monitor.(click and drag) I would like to do the same here.I have searched and all the suggestions point to editing the lua files. This automatically take all the wind out of me-I have zero editing experience. Can some please help and send me a tutorial -or point to an easy one-how I can do this. I have 2 iiyama 30'' monitors-It will be great if I could put the 2 mfd on the 2nd mintor, Many thanks. Qas

Hi everyone I am new to the DSC world-and recently bought the Hotas set up. Can someone please help me with the A10c cold startup throttle position. In the videos etc it says you can start engines by pushing the left/right throttle from their stop positions to idle position. I cannot,.my throttle in sim does not move until engine is running??? I have to use the r-CTL-Home/END to start the engines. can you please advise how do I bind these keys to the throttle levers,or is this not possible. I have searched the forums -the explanations are little over me. Many thanks.

Hi Many thanks for taking time to answer. I did have 'player' selected in mission editor. I have managed to find the issue. Despite un-checking Game Mode in general options,the A10C game kept loading . The reason for this was because in the game editor under Customise/ mission options in the overlay section ,the Games Avionic Mode was checked ( under value section).I think this is default setting. I hadn't even opened this option till today. on trail and error-un-checking it made the A10C behave as real thing. Hi everyone-sorry I am here again for some more help. So far I have not played any missions that come with game. I have created my own little mission to help me learn the basics. In mission settings I have selected A10C with average skills. I am hoping someone please help me set up the A10C real in my game. I thought it loaded automatically when I selected Simulation in settings. In my start up settings I have selected simulation. In the game I have mapped same keys to both A10C real and A10C game. Recently I have been trying to learn multiple maverick firing. I mapped the steer point keys -flight pl, Mark to my key board. In game,I get no response when I press the key board,this makes me think that although in my in game options I see A10C real- the A10C real is not in play. The other reason is I still see the red diamonds on my targets -whether I have A10C real or A10C game selected in my games options. I have enclosed 3 screen shots to explain my sections. Can someone please suggest how can I tell if A10C real is loaded or the A10C game when I started a mission. Sorry for the confusing explanation- Qas

many thanks guys- great explanation.for some one new to DCS every bit of advise is gold dust. Just waiting for tips on locking multiple targets-it took me 3 weeks to master single kill..... hopefully it will be less with multiples.

many thanks- So if I choose game flight mode in settings-the A10c in play will be A10c game. and a10c if I uncheck it. With the game flight mode I assume the the flight model is easier to control. many thanks.

Hi Everyone. Can you please explain to me the difference between these 2 versions. In my controls drop down menu I see both of these,but in the mission editor only the A10c shows. I look forward to your help-many thanks. I think I have just understood how to lock mavericks on single target,can you please suggest a good tutorial on selecting multi targets-I watched few on YouTube but all seem to assume a advance level pre-knowledge-I am still struggling with terminology at the moment :( Qas

Hi everyone I bought this set up this weekend and its becoming a challenge to set up. I have installed the TARGET software. On running it I cannot understand what is ' associate Configuration' that is askes for in the FLY NOW-quick launch. I have the A10c. I also have p3d v4. Can you please help me with the ' associate Configuration' issue and also advise will this set up work with p3d like other joysticks. Also where can I download and install profiles for dsc world and p3d for this setup. Many thanks for your help. Qas

thanks for replying. The throttle works full range-I have noticed the power drops off after pulling throttle back. if i leave it untouched speed stays ok. I think I will end up buying the a10c-the a model is too simple. thanks for the time to help. qas

I have looked at “force-correlate”-it speaks of the A10C-I have the A10A . Is this not possible with the A10A. If so,which keys please. I can not see the keys they mention in the command lists. Thank you.

Thank you for reply. I am loosing speed on level. maximising ans minimising throttle has no effect. This happens randomly.

Hi everyone. Just bought the dcs world and lamming cliff 3. Can you please advise and help with following few issues. 1 How can I lock the maverick on any target. ie in free flight I would like to target a building -i can steer the target designator but I do not know how to lock the maverick to it-pressing 'enter' does nothing. I am locking target with the easy options-how can I lock targets manually-I cannot get the close magnification. I do not see any key commands. 2 I keep on loosing speed in flight with throttle fully pushed out. Many thanks.looking forward to your help. Qas
