  1. That is probably around the time it take me to engage autohover.
  2. I thought about the upgrade and I just ordered the Phenom II 720. For the near future I think it will be the best upgrade option. I do agree that if I were to get a new motherboard I would go all out with an i7. Thanks for the help.:D
  3. If you have an AMD processor you can download Fusion. You can configure all the programs and processes you shut down when you start the fusion program. Great little free program. http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_fusion.aspx?p=1
  4. I though I would ask for your opinions on an upgrade that I am planning. Current system: CPU: Athlon 64 x2 5600+ @ 2.9 GHz(stock) RAM: 4GB DDR2-800 Mobo chipset: 790GX Videocard: HD4870 1GB (stock) Here are my proposed upgrades: CPU: Intel Q9550 or AMD Phenom II 940 or AMD Phenom II 720 Of course with the Intel I would have to get a new mobo and I think I would get faster ram. The mobo would be a P45 board with DDR3-1600 ram. The Intel would cost me roughly $50 more to upgrade than sticking with AMD.
  5. I would like to install just the mission and campaign editor on my laptop so while I'm away on trips I could work on my missions and/or campaigns. Also I don't want to waste an activation with the software. If this is possible that would be great. I am also wondering what you would think of having a feature to install just the mission/campaign editor in the software. Thanks
  6. The problem was resolved by installing Catalyst 9.3.
  7. My desktop resolution is 1280x1024 and so the game. I tried changing the resolution in the game up and down with no change. The screen only flickers/flashes whenI mouse over buttons. On the main menu it isn't bad but when I have to click a drop down menu it is unusable. Almost impossible for the campaign.
  8. I just installed the game today I had some issues with launcher.exe crashing but got that worked out. The screen flickers when I mouse over buttons in the menus. It only does it when I am in full screen mode, windowed mode works just fine and the game works fine most of the game works fine. Here are my system specs: CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+ RAM: 4GB DDR2 800 Graphics: Ati HD4870 1GB w/ Catalyst 9.2 (with Catalyst A.I. off) Audio: Onboard OS: Windows 7 Please help!
