I'm having a similar issue as Revientor. Other modules work fine. Going to try some other stuff too and will post if I have any luck. EDIT: Might be resolution? I bumped my resolution back down to 1920x1080 and appears to work. Originally on 2560x1440.

Hello, I haven't seen this issue posted elsewhere, so wanted to see if others are experiencing the same issue. When I try to load up any F-14 mission, everything appears to load up okay. However, the main screen is black, and I'm unable to move the mouse (everything frozen) to try and click "Fly" at the bottom right of the popup mission window. Within 10 seconds or so, the game closes out/crashes back to desktop with no errors. Any thoughts or ideas? I tried the other modules, including Flaming Cliffs and A-10, with no issues. Thanks for any help or insight!

THANK YOU. I have no idea how I kept missing that omfg. I must have thought it was something else from messing with the editor early on. Thanks I appreciate it dude.

Okay, I'm blind :cry:. I can't find the briefing menu in the mission editor lol. I checked the side bar and under Edit/Customize on the main menu bar. Is it a seperate from the main mission editor? I mean I don't have to edit any .ini or .cfg files correct?

Total newbish question probably but how do you change the time in the mission editor? I was trying to create a night mission but I can't find the damn option. I know it's in there somewhere I've just given up on where to look. Thanks for any help!

Yar, did that since first download. On a side note, the installation worked now :). I tried one more time before using the download manager and it completed fine. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I've been running with UAC off for quite awhile now. I've also tried run as administrator and "run in compatibility mode" - Windows XP SP2. I'm going to try the MD5 verify utility. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I've been having issues installing Black Shark. I've read up on a few similar threads posted in here but I'm still not having any luck. I've downloaded the setup.exe and data1.cab files four times now. I've also tried downloading from the seperate mirrors. The first installation gave me the following error: "Extract failed - Error Code 13" The installation details listed worldtexturesbmp3.cdds as the failed file. Last few times I've downloaded, I've been getting about 20-50% into the installation and it fails saying the download is corrupt. I'll try to run the setup.exe after that and it says the download is corrupt and I should download again. I'm trying a download manager now to see if that helps. Does anyone else have any thoughts/suggestions? I'm currently using Vista 32-bit. I've downloaded bigger files before (1GB+) with zero issues and it has been over a year since I've had a corrupted download (gamershell.com downloads give me corrupted files sometimes). Thanks for any help or input!
