  1. oh i see. i thought it was just an upgraded version of the ka50. but that's too bad, it would've been great for co-op.
  2. i think it would be great if there was a ka-52 for single player and co-op. it probably wouldn't cost too much time and money to develop since it is very similar to the ka50 and would new players get familiar with the flying and weapons. they could sell it for about $15, and it would be a great way to support E.D. and allow them to make more money.
  3. in a long mission i made with many sams, i ran out of flares. my pilot, Nikolai Vodkaman, was not invulnerable, so when i saw a white trail of smoke come out of a bmp i ejected, just before my ka50 burst into flames. i watched by character parachute to the ground, and when he landed safely i ended the mission. at debriefing it said my character died. great.
  4. this works against convoys great! i tried this against 3 t-55's and 2 apcs; i obliterated the tanks, did a 180 and finished off the apcs with the cannon

  6. haha when i try to bomb these things the next thing i hear is usually "bpu fire"

So i've set up missions for bombs, and they seem so cumbersome. the 250 kgs will probably only get you 2-4 kills, while rockets can get you 10-20 if you're careful. the other bombs are too weak to take out bmp's, apc's and tanks, so it looks to be used for soft. but then again, fuel trucks and cargo trucks only take a few well placed cannon rounds and if you charge at infantry they'll damage your aircraft (they love taking out the shkval, ugh!). maybe i'm using them wrong, but what's your opinion?
  9. that's the worst tip ever. you're not always facing tows or tanks. besides, you can take tows out before they know where you are and you can easily stay out of tank range
  10. i had to reinstall the game, and when i was tuning my axis it wouldn't show 2 sliders moving next to eachother. but the first time i installed it it recognized it, and i haven't changed any options. my slider works fine for fsx
  11. tip: 99% of the time they're best to use when hovering. just make slight adjustments on the collective and rudder to align both reticules. it's a lot harding to adjust the nose when moving, which is the case with going fast and firing
  12. mine is 200ft, not much but if you arc it it's alot further
