  1. Are you able to upload a trackfile that has the crash in it? Sounds like the ED devs need to see a trackfile to be able to find out what the exact problem is. All the ones we have uploaded so far have been corrupted because they were on large multiplayer servers, but it sounds like you are able to reproduce on a local MP server?
  2. Im seeing very similar behavior, which could be indicative of a memory leak - when the SA page is opened, the game crashes, and the memory usage immediately spikes up. I have 32GB of RAM, so should be more than sufficient to handle DCS.
  3. Thanks for the info HawgDawg4Life - still not working for me however - i tried both disabling the pagefile and also making it very large - my system is an i7 with 32gb ram so dont think this is a resource issue. I tried setting a 64GB page file and it still crashes instantly on SA page opening.
  4. Dogoncrook i tried your suggestion but unfortunately I am still consistently getting a game crash as soon as the SA page is toggled. I did have a look at my ram useage and as soon as the game crashed, DCS went from using ~12GB or ram up to 21GB of ram (my system has 32GB) before the game fully exited. I am wondering if its some sort of memory leak?
  5. Im running no mods, and tried a complete fresh reinstall of DCS and the problem still persists.
  6. Bignewy, im not familiar with how the tracks work - but what can we do to provide something which will help tracking down this issue? Since it only happens on MP servers, most of the tracks will have scripts from those servers. Is there any other log files or recordings that would be useful?
  7. Hi BIGNEWY, I tried the public aerobatics server, which i figured would not have any server scripts running and managed to boot up the F18 and the SA page fine without a crash, so im wondering if it has something to do with the server scripts - although the issue is certainly not limited to any one of the multiplayer servers - I can consistently reproduce on both hoggit and TTI. Failing the track, is there anything else I can provide - would a video of my startup procedure be helpful? Thx
  8. Im not really sure how to use the track files, but ive attached a track file from a game i just opened on the public through the inferno server. All i do is spawn into an F18, do a quick cold start, open the SA page and the game crashes. Is this what you were looking for? Thx Through_The_Inferno_CCS_v78ag_weather-20191001-125747.trk
  9. Also, some other users are reporting this same issue on reddit -
  10. I am having this exact same issue (and have been for a while). Works fine in SP, every multiplayer server I join, as soon as I hit the SA page the entire game freezes. I have tried a full reinstall of DCS and same issue. GTX 1080 latest drivers, intel i9 system 32 GB of ram, Win 10 Let me know if you want to see any additional logs - something I noticed in my DxDiag tool: Windows Error Reporting: +++ WER0 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: AppHangB1 Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.5.35461 P3: 5d6eb7db P4: 25f0 P5: 134217728 P6: P7: P8: P9: P10: +++ WER1 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.5.35461 P3: 5d6eb7db P4: CockpitBase.dll P5: 2.5.5.35461 P6: 5d6d80b7 P7: c0000005 P8: 000000000015a965 P9: P10: +++ WER2 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: AppHangB1 Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.5.35461 P3: 5d6eb7db P4: 25f0 P5: 134217728 P6: P7: P8: P9: P10: +++ WER3 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.5.35461 P3: 5d6eb7db P4: CockpitBase.dll P5: 2.5.5.35461 P6: 5d6d80b7 P7: c0000005 P8: 000000000015a965 P9: P10: +++ WER4 +++: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: DCS.exe P2: 2.5.5.35461 P3: 5d6eb7db P4: CockpitBase.dll P5: 2.5.5.35461 P6: 5d6d80b7 P7: c0000005 P8: 000000000015a965 P9: P10:
