How do I install a campaign mod in my DCS folder?

Using the aggressors campaign and when trying to use waypoints the HSI will Not switch between the waypoints or show my progress towards current waypoint. Is there some new function with NAV mode that I am not seeing in the patch notes?

I recently upgraded my computer and had to re install DCS. I went in and rebound all my controls for the Tomcat, the Comms menu (\) worked for the first couple of days, and now there is a transparent overlay telling me to connect to SRS and join a mission. The overlay appears in all my aircraft; and the Comms menu hotkey works for all of them except the Tomcat. The only offensive capabilities I have, are my AIM-9's. Now the guns, sparrows and Phoenix missiles will not fire as well. Everything works on all of my other aircraft.
