I want a training server with established course rules that emphasizes that everyone flies as though they were really flying. I want MOA’s and Blue Body bombs only. I want pre-mission briefs with standardized training events/flights. I want a T/O schedule and defined “go/no-go” checkrides. I want a FRS with instructors who emphasize “brief the flight, fly the brief”.
I want a unit training plan culminating with LFE’s at Red Flag. I want “det deployments” to the Marianas.
I want a 24/7 deployment server with a campaign that NO ONE knows exactly what’s gonna happen. I want the need to use arming and de-arming areas based on logistical constraints of weapons, gas and airframes. I want a helo squadron and the NEED for one to do supply runs to forward air bases and a carrier. I want a Training and Deployment schedule that matches a 6 month work-up and a 6 month deployment. (maybe a 4 month work up) I want, I want, I want….I want the world
