Rafale Demo Team: On the last day,I was very close to the Rafale as it was taxiing for take-off nearby the media platform where I was,I've never been so close to a jet like this,and it was impressive!

This was my first air show ever,and I'm quite happy with the results (EOS 500D + Sigma 120-400mm):

For me the show was a total sucess,had managed to seat in the media platform near the ATC on Friday and on Sunday for free because the company in charge of the VIP programm didn't know how to manage their guests,so they made up for the mistakes by offering me a free seat with the media representatives on the non-public side of the runway.What a treat to be so close to the action! Whenever I look at my pictures,I can't still believe that they are mine.Will post them soon.

Except when you have access to the media platform in the south side of the runway,close to the action,with the sun in your back all the day. And you can seat inside the cockpit of a Su-30... :music_whistling:

I will be staying at the Milan hotel,close to Domodeovo airport.Hope to meet you !
