Any help much appreciated please basically trying to get aircraft to attack ground units - CAS seems to work most of the time (not all of the time mind !!) - but struggling with Ground Attack ok so say select a Tornado GR3, select ground attack, - hes a reasonable distance away to start with etc etc he just flies over target - makes a turn and doesn't do anything ? the auto-generated Bombing is there in the Advanced Waypoint - and the aircraft is loaded up with bombs - any ideas ? also its rather annoying that if you select a type of Mission that that aircraft can't do - it will default to another aircraft...why not just allow you to select from those missions it can do ? not a criticism just an annoyance. Tornado GR3s can't peform CAS ??? cheers for any help

anyone else had this ?? only happened once- but very odd ... not discounting a graphics gpu error - but I think it was game engine related

no worries thanks for reply - its still a great patch none the less:) I noticed (for first time - but perhaps just noticed before) - as my wingman fired 2 mavericks and they passed by underneath me a "phuutt" noise- is that the sonic boom as they pass by? whats happened to "recover" in instant action (yes I know its cheating :) !) flight model feels better to me too :thumbup:

quality patch - thumbs up but sort of let down by the tree shadows which are very annoying-any ETA on a fix ? amazed they weren't noticed in testing ??

ooh glad I found this thread I thought my GTX480 was playing up/overheating it is an annoying artefact I have to admit - glad its been patched out

<Update> used the DcsMax tool instead of setting afinity manually - and its made a DRAMATIC difference ! frame rates have more than trippled now have triangles everywhere and still 50fps + :) brilliant

how do you remove every item having red triangles etc round them ? if I load up Battle - single mission I get almost single digit frame rates ... even with affinity set to use all of my 4 cores specs are Q6600 @ 3.5 gig + 6 gig RAM + 8800GTX - so should be ok ?
