Did you get my previous reply? Uninstalled Game removed all trace from Explorer & Registry,then re installed. Same result as before ,but multiplayer Icon opens Reg. Form and opening multiplayer screen.Two empty folders in Temp File, Missions & Error log. Have read through other similar problems with Launcher in Forum but nothing seems to be working. In view of the number of people experiencing these problems,is there any possibility of a forthcoming Patch .Regards John

Thanks for the prompt reply,I have been searching for a Ka-50 Temp Folder without success.Tried " Search ",Explorer, in Doc & Settings, & C & D Drives. Where should it be? I have recently purchased the Black Shark Simulation.It appears to install OK,but after clicking on the Desktop Icon , the following message appears, "Black Shark Launcher exe-Application error. The exception Breakpoint. A Breakpoint has been reached { Ox0000003} occurred in application at location 0x7c901230 Click OK to terminate Program " I have tried Three times to install it but each time this message appears. Any advice please, I am the Administrator, System requirements,I believe to be OK and procedures as outlined in the Manual followed. Windows XP Pro Version 2002 SP2 AMD Athlon {tm }64 Processor 3500 2.20GHz. 3.50 GB of RAM Physical Address Extension NVideo Ge Force 4 Ti 4800SE Hope this is sufficient information,as a 80 Year old I still have a lot to learn
