My VR performance with an Oculus Rift S is pretty decent, but every 30 seconds or so the client freezes for 3 ish seconds

Do you have any RGB software running? I had issues with stuttering and needed to uninstall Corsair RGB software. It seemed to poll the hardware often and caused lockups.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
