Hello and Merry Christmas . Ty for responding and sorry for replying so late. I got a little frustrated and put the joystick down for a bit,but i am back.I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have tried to follow mod install videos (not Viggen specific) and have had no luck getting the English cockpit to display. Is there a youtube vid that can help me out? wait I just reread your response..Readme text readme text...Face palm..DOH! I forgot rule #2 When in doubt RTFM.

I have tried to install the English cockpit mod but only ended up breaking it.Is the English cockpit mod compatible with 2.5?

I hope this the right forum for a Beta version game crash. I am very new to the forums and not certain.(I am new to DCS as well) The aircraft I was flying was a AJS37 Viggen fuel pod only. I was doing a speed test and ran out of fuel during a third stage afterburn.The game froze and I could only control alt delete and end task. I hear you. My wallet is suing me for divorce atm. It thinks I take it for granted.:smartass: I just bought the Viggen it is a little easier to fly and learn on than the f/a18 (almost as easy to crash on takeoff) The next purchase will have to be Trackir. Greetings all; A friend told me about DCS when he found out I had a vive and he said I should check it out.Well...I did.I watched some YouTube vids and ended up getting the FC3 module and the f18.I am totally impressed. Going by the way I fly at the moment my name should be target drone. I am still trying to setup the joystick and pedals (t16000m) but I can see myself playing this game for a long long time. I have even gone so far as to download an actual Navy flight manual for the f18. Cheers and I'll see you in the air:thumbup:
