  1. From the top of my head: open the command console, CD to your DCS folder\bin\, then enter DCS_updater.exe update
  2. Yep much better now! However, it's time to upgrade my 920, that's certain. If, one day, Coffee Lake might become available. :cry_2:
  3. Vsync didn't help here but I noticed that re my fps, in the provided free flight mission, heading north along the coast I'm getting some choppy 30 fps in cockpit view (also from tearing). But when I am past the town and turn around to SW I get between 70 and 120 fps, depending on how much scenery or sky is in view. Weird! Same thing on the ground, low fps throughout.
  4. Same here, I'm getting about 1/2 to 1/3 of what I'm getting in the A10.
  5. Ah, the rotor disc thing confused me because a) it is that way through a fairly large speed range and b) I didn't expect it to be so extremely asymmetric! Bear with be, guys! I usually fly Cessnas in FSX! LOL!
  6. That was it! This did the trick!
  7. Windows 7 default. Couldn't find any others.
  8. Hello everyone! I finally gave Black Shark a try, even though I purchased it a while ago already, and even managed to waste a couple of installs due to OS problems without even playing it! My problem: When I hit the trim key and release, the neutral position of the stick suddenly shifts to the far right! Trim is unusable for me. I saw that the lower rotor disc is heavily tilted upwards on the right side then, bringing both disks close together! And this is in straight and level flight (as far as I manage to hold it), and in any other attitude as well. And it stays that way, no matter what I do! I have a screenshot attached. I did furthermore notice that when I hit the trim key and release again, the HSI indicator needle turns to 12 o'clock position! When I reset the trim, the needle works properly again, but the rotor remains tilted. I know that some other people are having quite similar problems, however, I didn't read anything about the rotor disc or HSI problem so far. The stick works without any problems in other sims. Can anyone help me? My hardware: MS Sidewinder FFB2, Saitek rudder pedals, Windows 7 RC, Intel Core i7 920 @4.0 GHz, 6 gig RAM, GTX285
