oh im sorry cable modem, the strange thing is I have seen a couple people join my server, but I still cant see it from my other machine that has a seperate cd key that I bought for this, forgive me have not had all my cofee this morning, lol

I have no firewall heh. its directly to a cm, I have tried turning on the firewall and forwarding port that you said still only shows up on the lan tab, i normaly had it set as DMZ host when hosting a server = all ports open,

im not behind a router or anything like that. im direct into a cm,

:cry: ok guys I bought two ip's for this purpose, I have two machines, the machine im hosting on his not behind any firewall all ports are open, still not able to see this server in the list for some reason, do I have to do anything else to get it to show up in the list, and yes I have internet selected in the server menu, even looked in the network.cfg and public says true dont know if that does anything,

no really a difference at all between the both. technicaly yes there is, but you wont see a difference even in oc amd,

I can confirm that the quick fix for the ctd for the cycle of the weapons with the d key does work tried this after I got off work yesterday,

how to you run one? is this within the simulation program itself? or is this like dserver.exe or somthing. and if is not within the program can it be with the same cd key?
