Unfortunately I have already tried that. I wonder if it has something to do with my Motherboard or USB Controllers. I had even called “Thrustmaster Tech Support” today and they also told me about the vista compatibly mode with admin rights. Tech support said they are working on a “real” windows 7 32 & 64 bit install software/drivers for HOTAS Cougars but did not know when it will be available for the public. I am at a total loss here! PoleCat & Conuk: I too am having problems getting Windows 7 64 and Cougars to run. I get the same "STTubeDevice203.dll is missing .... What did you do to get your Cougars working??? PoleCat: What is "UAC"????????
