3Dvision helix fix for DCS

Hello,

I made a fix to help to cope with playing DCS suite with 3Dvision.

I am not satisfied with it, but it is better than nothing !

Basicaly, it will allow to switch from from a good view of MFD/ABRIS/.. and a wrong depth for the HUD to a good depth for HUD and wrong view of MFD/ABRIS/..

It also provide 3 depth/convergence settings called by a key press:

• one with low depth for cursor use
  
• one with normal depth
  
• one with special convergence settings for external view only (give a great "scale model like" view with popup effect)
  

And it also put the labels in 3D.

It need a 32bit version of DCS to work, so I made also some mod to add a 32b version to & 64bit install, as it is really difficult to install a 32bit DCS on a 64bit OS. It also enable the full options for the 32bit install.

No need for DCS A10C as it comes with the 32bit package.

I tested it, and it looks fantastic. It feels so real... Just as it should have been from the very first day.

But the need for a 32 bits patch, the problems with the MFD's, and for me only works with the a-10 missions, not with the ka-50... this is all such a hassle for something that ED could fix in a glimpse. It's depressing.
