Sokol1_br Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 (edited) Type 3 control box for T.R.1134 (or A.R.I. 1063) has as 3 position lever switch labeled: T - R - REM (Transmit - Receive - Remote operation). T position is momentary for work as PTT button and transmit. This switch can be locked in T position by slider above for use in certain bomber stations voice operated. In P-51 Mustang this switch positions correctly control communications PTT menu, the (\) is only possible to be used trough PTT button on P-51 throttle (or key/button) if switch is in REM position. In Mk.IX work in the same way, but there should be different, because Mk. IX don't has remote PTT button. free image upload So will be need use the lever momentarily in T position for activate the (\) for PTT, but this don't work. In Mk.IX: REM position should do nothing - no remote PTT button installed. R - work OK actually, receive messages. T - should work as PTT momentarilly - calling the (\) menu. Yes, confuse, hope to be clear. Edited April 29, 2018 by Sokol1_br
