Hi folks,

a few minutes ago I was on a ride during Caucasus, on the windy training mission from cor.vinus' new mission pack. During take-off I had the RHM set to TILL (ON, as per default).

During flying I turned off the RHM, and ... surprise suprise ... TERNAV was still sending fixes to the CK37. Alternating digits "3" (Fine search) and "5" (Sending fixes) appeared on the 5th digit.

I can imagine that the normal navigation system - due to the fact that the flying time was short - was still able to bring me to the waypoint very exactly by using integrating the acceleration values two times, but I didn't understand why TERNAV sent corrections to the CK37.

Check video:

Is TERNAV using any other source for sending fixes?

And much more important: DID I MISS something in the manual? :music_whistling:

;)

Thanks for any comments!

Kind regards,

TOViper

At the moment it is not possible to turn off ternav, not explicitly using the computer or implicitly by turning off the rhm. Afaik the rhm is the only source that provides height above terrain info.
