chromium Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 to all scripters... it is possibile to retrieve the mission weather data (like temperature, pressure, wind, etc) by script? I would like to attach a METAR to my briefing (which are exported in a text file), But I didn't understand if the necessary information to create it are into mission environment or else... An airplane by it's nature wants to fly, and if not interfered with too strongly by unusual events or by a deliberately incompetent pilot, it will fly. A helicopter does not want to fly. It is maintained in the air by a variety of forces in opposition to each other, and if there is any disturbance in this delicate balance the helicopter stops flying; immediately and disastrously.
