Hi

I’ve noticed there are trigger options in ME beginning with X: COCKPIT, argument ID, VALUE etc, so I wonder if it’s possible to trigger the control of switches or parameters under specific conditions.

I imagine a scenario where I’m flying in a multi crew cockpit and my co-pilot changes a frequency, flicks switches and receives a message on that frequency.

At this point I don’t even know if it’s possible, but if it is, how does one identify the cockpit’s IDs and appropriate parameter values?

I’d appreciate your feedback.

Thanks.

Thanks, from that I understand there is a way of obtaining such information Ie systems ID and values, how is it possible to determine when there is no such a list for Mi-8 cockpit? For instance I if you know the arg number and its value to switch something, once in zone, is that indeed possible?

Thanks again.

Yes, you can do it in a script. Watch an aircraft autostart sequence.

Take a look @ \Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Mi-8MTV2\Cockpit\Scripts\clickabledata.lua
