Yes Aim9 is a good solution to this radar sensor issue with hovering KA's. I mostly gun them down if You just come across one by chance, they smoke so funny when going down. :D

And I bet you those 18 are a much lower percentage than the G-LOC induced ground collisions in this game. So I'd say it's working fine. There's no need to simulate anything beyond G-LOC ... G-LOC disables you for a certain amount of time in RL, and this is including the effects you mentioned. No need to simulate those effects in-game, it's enough to take away control of the plane.

 

I think the constant using of high G forces in maneuvers is exploitation. Because we do not have consequences. We only have simulated blackout but immediately after the blackout we act as nothing happened. No paralysis and uncontrolled movement, none bewilderment, no amnesia, no fear... if by smoke funny you mean start lagging across the map, then yes.
